Our Guarantee

At Quidralommtholao, we stand behind the quality of our bag, backpack, and fabric cover repairs. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our work.

Repair Guarantee Period

All repairs performed by Quidralommtholao come with a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If a repair fails under normal use within this period, we will re-repair the item at no additional cost.

What Our Guarantee Covers

  • Zipper repairs that fail under normal use
  • Stitching that comes undone
  • Hardware replacements that malfunction
  • Patches that separate from the fabric
  • Strap repairs that fail at the repair point

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear unrelated to the repair
  • Damage from improper cleaning or storage
  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original repair
  • Cosmetic changes due to normal aging of materials

How to Request a Re-Repair

If you experience an issue with your repair within the guarantee period:

  • Contact us via phone or email with your repair details
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing
  • Bring the item to our workshop for assessment
  • We will evaluate the issue and perform the re-repair if covered

Seasonal Cover Returns

Custom seasonal fabric covers are made to order and are non-refundable. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or sizing error on our part, we will remake the cover at no charge.

Item Collection

Please collect your repaired items within 30 days of completion notification. Items left uncollected for more than 90 days may be donated or disposed of, and Quidralommtholao will not be held responsible.

Refund Policy

Since our services involve labour and materials, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun. In cases where we are unable to complete a satisfactory repair, we will discuss alternative solutions, including partial refunds where appropriate. If you cancel before work has started, any deposit or prepayment may be refunded in accordance with our cancellation terms; please contact us to confirm.

We provide repair services in British Columbia and aim to treat all customers fairly. If you have a concern about a repair or our return and guarantee policy, please contact us first.
